British Heart foundation Fundraising Jog 

British Heart foundation Scotland’s  fundraising jog in Dalkeith takes place next Sunday 23^rd of January.

The Post Xmas Pud Run!  Has 2 routes, a 4 or 6k that are really unique, based in the Dalkeith Country Estate a beautiful and tranquil location for a run.

 You can enter online until Friday and pick up your pack on the day, or you can enter on the day.

Run starts at 11am and you get medal, santa suit, and refreshments! ( it is a postponed xmas event due to the snow, no obligation to take a santa suit!)

There is  a cafe on site and it makes for a great family day out with lovely walks and wildlife to enjoy.
