Warm Up

The warm up is designed to prepare your body for more strenuous activity and help prevent injury.  As you walk briskly or jog, vital oxygen carrying blood will be pumped to the muscles you are using, raising your pulse and body temperature ensuring that the muscle can work more effectively when you move onto the main session.
